Russets³

Описание

Russets³ is a blend of new Canadian russets and culinary apples. In 2022, we had the pleasure of working with a few new-to-us apple varieties bred in Canada/the U.S. (and grown in Ontario of course). This bottle includes Cline Russet (named after University of Guelph pomologist John Cline), Johnson Russet, Golden Russet, Salish, Crimson Crisp and Enterprise apples. We pressed them together and let them age in bottle for a full year before release.
