100 Year Plan

100 year plan is a 4.4% modern pale ale. Light and hazy with a silky mouthfeel. We went with our favourites Mosaic and Citra hops at our highest dryhop to date. Huge amounts of pineapple, grapefruit with lemon and pine backing them up. The first beer from Caerphilly, the first of many.Here’s to the 100 year plan! ?
