500ml Farmhouse Ale aged on Hill Country Peaches. This effervescent, fruit packed beer was a collaboration with our friends from the world renowned Jester King Brewery. It was such a pleasure working with them, learning from their beautifully honed techniques to create this beautiful beer.It is lightly tart, with an incredible wild yeast characteristics. What shines, however, is the 650 pounds of Vogel Orchard peaches that we hand crushed and added. The beer refermented on this fruit giving it a peach ring candy-like aroma and flavor. It is one of the most hands on, intricate beers we have ever crafted and we are really excited to bring it to you all.
