From the 3 corners of the globe came the Yuzu, Dragon Fruit and Flor de Jamaica we used to brew this mighty quenchable sour. A fruit of our collaboration with our friends from Pastore Brewing and Blending - UK.We used our Nordic Sour method and fermented it with Voss KVEIK.
