Spontaneous farmhouse cider made from fruits of local orchards. 50% Boskoop and 50% field blend apples. Fresh, fruity and with a pronounced acidity. Taste of lemon, flowers, brioche and grass. Fermented in a Pinot Blanc tonneaux for seven months. Harvest of 2021, batch no 02-2021
