One more time! Sort of like an encore, our "Afresh" series of ciders spotlights singular fruits used for a second time in fermentation. Fruits are most often used once to make a beverage, then discarded. However we find there usually remains some life in 2nd use fruits that can bring more delicate and nuanced flavors to our ciders. Of the Hood: Afresh (Aronia) is the result of months of conditioning on 2nd-use Aronia Berries, grown at the Ursinus College Food Forest. A lovely Rosé hue gives way to a dry and tannic cider with light berry flavor notes. Enjoy. One more time.
