Based on Sesson, add Amarillo hops similar to the aroma of Vioni grapes. In the base of Cyson, we mix and ferment with the freshly harvested Hushan grape skin. We soaked the skin for a total of 18 days, adding a fresh fruity aroma to Saisong. We also extracted 5 kilograms of beeswax separately with a small part of the liquor, adding a little waxy texture like Hushan wine stock to Saison.
