Vichingo

Vichingo is a 'Nordic Pale Ale' that was fermented with a fruit-intensifying Norwegian yeast known for being extremely hearty and resilient. Notes of pineapple, guava, papaya and mandarin orange jump out of the glass and are reflected on the palate. A smoothly satisfying mouthfeel gives way to a very gentle bitterness and a dry, clean finish. This beer was keg-conditioned for a fine, natural carbonation.
