有別於以往比利時白啤酒，SUNMAI原創加入桂花以帶出淡雅芳香，再加入粉紅胡椒來激發更多的層次，使其成為一款能同時帶出桂花花香與粉紅胡椒果香及辛香的小麥啤酒；平衡的花香讓啤酒保有高度易飲特性。This is SUNMAI’s interpretation of a Belgium Wit beer. Instead of using the traditional mix of spices, we add pink pepper seeds that lend a distinctive sweet-spiciness to the beer. This clearly perceivable flavor is balanced with characteristic self-brew osmanthus tea. A floral, fruity, spicy, all in one beer.
