The next iteration in our Lucidity series focuses on a potent combination of North American and New Zealand hops. For this experiment, we blended hop lots that were high in free thoils. Thiols are sulfur-containing aroma compounds that contribute to intense, tropical fruit aromas in beer. Necataron takes the forefront with a hefty dose of Strata CGX and our hand-selected Mosaic. CGX is a cryogenic lupulin pellet developed by @CrosbyHops to create an ultra-concentrated pellet jam-packed with resins and oils. Expect a plethora of stone fruit medley and berry kush to heighten your senses.
