Imperial Stout aged nearly 30 months in a combination of Elijah Craig 18-Year Bourbon and Willett 10-Year Bourbon casks, then conditioned on a heavy-handed dose of Toasted Organic Coconut. Expect huge notes of toasted coconut, and fudgy milk chocolate, accompanied by substantial barrel spirit and oak expression.
