This beer is a blend of four different base gerstes with an average age of about 22 months. After blending, the beer has macerated on Portuguese Shyraz winegrapes from the Alentejano region for about 2 months. The total fruit intensity is about 369 grams of grapes per liter. Bottled on the 3rd of September.
