TX Cuvee Wild Ferment

Used winesapp, cortland, and Arkansas black apples that we're grown on the texas panhandle and let the juices ferment naturally, then aged it for 2 years in chardonnay barrels. The cider has notes of vanilla, lychee, and vetiver with a soft funk that comes from wild fermentation.
