Our third Helles sees a few tweaks. We have brought in a guest lager strain that is famed for this beer style. The malt bill also sees some small changes to increase the richness of the malt character but still remains light on the palate and easy drinking. Despite the simplicity of a Helles recipe, we love brewing slight variations through recipe or process changes to make the most balanced sessionable beer we can.
