A tart pale farmhouse ale aged for a long time on a blend of brettanomyces strains. Before packaging the beer was aged on a blend of fair trade coffee beans originating from Rwanda and Ethiopia. The single origin coffee was selected with lighter, fruitier notes in mind, to compliment the big farmhouse funk of the base beer.
