Five Amarillo additions in the boil and twice dry hopped with Simcoe and Citra, delivering intensely layered tropical and citrus fruit flavours. Moderate bitterness provides a balancing ‘snap’ while soft Scottish water and a healthy dose of oats keep everything well rounded.
