With the indomitable Lily from The Queer Brewing Project, we have brewed this Pale Ale to meet you as hope springs again.A plentitude of oats give a soft and full mouthfeel, which is complemented by Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Motueka in the dry-hop.Lily uses the craft beer lens to examine the ways in which queer and trans identities intersect with an intolerant society.
