Veni Sancte Spiritus is our spontaneously fermented Berliner Messe conditioned in spirit barrels. This bottling fermented spontaneously in 7-year Weller bourbon barrels for nine months before blending together toward a final natural refermentation in the bottle. Bottled Mar. 12, 2020.
