We put most of this beer away for ageing in 2 different kinds of barrels (can you guess what kind?!). What we are serving on the 15th is the non barrel aged bit that didn't fit in the barrels. Thriller is brewed with date sugar and tons of specialty malts. Extremely rich and mouth filling, with intense notes of creme brulee, date pudding, and chocolate cake.
