The second bottling of our Solera Sour Wild Project in the year 2021. Matured for 16 months on ex red wine oak barrel, with an addition of rhubarb. We rather quickly concluded that this combination asks for a recurring, yearly release to be part of the Solera Sour Project. To be continued :)
