This Pét Nat-style honey cider lies at the cross-roads between a cider and a dry mead. Made with Danish apples and unprocessed honey, it is spontaneously fermented with the natural yeast from the apples. It is dry, refreshing, slightly funky and has hints of pineapple and tropical fruits. We recommend gently swirling the contents to resuspend the sediment before opening. Enjoy chilled.
