Fruit Pét-Nat with Sunrise apples and spent cloudberries from our mead productionNaturally hazy due to being bottled before fermentation has finished. As our spent fruit contains pectinase, it may clear up after a while on the shelf. This wet fruit, still containing tons of flavor from both fruit and honey is used another time to create the products in this series.
