Lemon Radler

A Radler is defined as a drink with two parts beer and one part fruit juice or fruit soda. Our interpretation features a simple base beer that is combined with lemon juice after fermentation. The result is a bright yellow beer with exceptional aromas of lemon and bready malts, while carrying those same notes in the flavor. This beer was carbonated to a higher than normal rate to really accentuate the lemon character.
