Mellow Currants

Описание

Off-dry black currant cider with black tea. We made this with black currant pomace, heirloom apples and Keemun, which is a black tea renowned for its floral bouquet and wooden notes. The tea's characteristics dovetail perfectly with tart, earthy black currants.
