Metamorphosis: Butterfly

Описание

Brewed in collaboration with some our favorite caterpillars and pupates, Troon Brewing & Tired Hands Brewing, each Metamorphosis variation included additions of rye malt and Mosaic hops, we added Waimea and Cascade to Butterfly and fermented with a classic English strain. The beer has aromas of peach pit, strawberry and honey with a touch of rye spice, 4.9% ABV. We stepped down ABV and style of each iteration of the Metamorphosis. Butterfly is the final stage, a light and airy pale ale.
