This mead is our first time ever using honeyberries (yes, they’re a thing), and wow. Resonance combines organic honeyberries with both organic sweet cherries and organic Montmorency tart cherries, all fermented together with orange blossom honey. The honeyberries bring a sweet and tangy entry palate leading to sweet cherry, with the unmistakable and lovely flavor of Montmorency tart cherries bringing up the rear, lingering on your taste buds.
