Forester Wild Amber

A rich intensely flavoured farmhouse ale of mixed culture fermentation. The malt sweetness and clean bitterness are balanced by the souring acidity of wild micro organisms. Look for continuing complexity with bottle ageing, principally by wild brettanomyces.
