A creation from our Brewer, Jeremiah Page, this historical ale is brewed with Mosaic and Simcoe powder, YCH Chinook, Amarillo, Mosaic hops. This Cascadian Dark Ale yields notes of pine, grapefruit pith, melon, smooth malt and snappy bitterness.
