Guava Milkshake IPA

Milkshake IPAs may not be traditional, but they are most certainly a trend, and one that has sustained few years and counting. In fact, the “category” has inspired brewers to experiment with lactose, fruit, spices, and hop additions. Our fifth brew is with real guava fruit puree. Milkshake IPA pours from the can/tap a rather hazy golden orange colour, leaving decent sized foamy white head. It just looks like it's going to be great and things continue to get better from there; sweet, juicy & guava aromas fill your nose. It all smells a little bit like an alcoholic fruit smoothie with bitter end. Cheers to that!
