Mates Rates (Sabro)

In a break from the norm we present our first release in can. This tart session IPA was brewed in Dublin on our mates kit at Third Barrel. We brewed a base heavy on oats with a very low amount of bitterness coming from Pacifica hops. Fermentation started with a lactic acid producing wine strain before finishing off with American ale yeast & a big lash of Sabro on the dry hop.The resulting hazy brew has notes of gooseberry & white wine with a lovely tart zing to the cheeks in the finish.Enjoy fresh!
