First things first - this beer was brewed to help raise funds for Rare Disorders NZ so surely that in itself deserves a 5 star rating?!Anyway what we’ve done here is combine two classics - a short rib ragú and an American Brown Ale.This is no first year student flat Spag Bol with the Dolmio grin. Brewed with parpadelle, beef short ribs, a soffritto, tomato paste, red wine and fresh herbs this is nothing short of a gourmet Italian experience in a pint
