Fruited Sour (Sour Plum & Passion Fruit)

Our special collaboration with BITE KALAY Brewing Co for the 7th Anniversary. Fermented with bioengineered Sourvisiae yeast strain and blended with dried sour plums and passion fruit puree to add another layer of complexity. This sour ale is refreshingly tart and tangy with a clean acidic bite.
