Plummet is an active (no So2 or additives), dry hopped, sparkling plum cider. A wild ferment in the primary fermenter helped build the gentle fruitiness and a finishing ferment in a secondary on hops gave the cider some light balancing bitterness. As a session style at 4.2%, this beverage is super quaffable.
