Camprikat Apricot DIPA

Coming together with our friends at Alley Kat Brewing Company to take two of their specialties, Apricot wheat ales and DIPAs, and blend them together inside the Campio Brewhouse. This wheat heavy IPA was double dry hopped with Azacca, Idaho 7 and Eclipse Hops, and refermented on apricot puree bringing forward notes of apricot (obvs), sweet orange and vanilla, along with a lingering overripe stone fruit finish.
