Helles Lager Aged in Oak Barrels with a Mixed CultureThe Lagfather Part III is the third part of our collaboration with Laughing Monk Brewing. This Helles lager was first brewed in August of 2019 and a portion of the brew was brought to The Rare Barrel to age in oak barrels that previously housed mixed culture beer. Just when we thought we were out, they pull me back in.
