Dry Cider with Virginia-grown Hewes, Golden Russet, and York ApplesBottle Release 3/15/25 - $11/500mL BottleApples are a lot like wine grapes... the best ones to press aren't always the "eating" varieties. Hewes are a small crabapple variety, known for providing great tannic "structure" to the mouthfeel. We paired them with the classic cider-variety Golden Russet (bright acid) and York (big "apple" flavor). Finally we naturally-conditioned it on the lees for high carbonation!
