Pebbles

This little mixed fermentation beer is part of my continuous search for simplification and sense of place. This little grisette was brewed for small, ordinary, everyday and perhaps overlooked moments in our lives and cherish them. It is built completely from local organic ingredients and was hopped very generously with emblematic Saaz hops. After long conditioning it was bottled with linden tree honey for those fine bubbles.
