Dry Hopped Pineapple Ale

This golden ale was fermented with pineapple, allowing the pineapple flavor to shine through, but guaranteeing that the sugary sweetness was fermented out by the yeast. We also dry hopped the beer with one of our new favorite hops - Sabro. The resulting pale straw colored beer is dry, crisp, and pineapple forward, but with aromas of coconut and light citrus from the dry hop. Enjoy!
