Nestled Away (05/08/24)

Описание

Bottle Date: 5/8/24Collaboration with Oxbow Brewing. This collaboration is similar to how we've gone about with other farmhouse brewers; we shared our yeast cultures with each other and brewed something special with both cultures. We decided on a recipe heavy on wheat and oats and threw in the yeast to make it all work out. After almost two years, the single barrel puncheon decided she was ready and the results are amazing. Very unique esters in the nose and medium acidity.
