This Hefeweizen is brewed using predominately Wheat instead of Barley and fermented with a characterful yeast that adds the bulk of the flavour and aroma. The spin on this beer comes in the form of nuanced whirlpooling and dry hopping with relatively new Aussie hop on the block – Eclipse.This beer is hazy, low bitterness and delicious! The subtle banana and bubblegum flavours from the yeast are accentuated greatly by the zesty citrus character from the hops!
