Originally I was thinking of an American Cream Ale for this brew. Then thought that was stupid to do for a very Australian themed mag, event, organization, so we changed it up to a Pale Ale using native Aussie ingredients.We ended up with a nicely balanced, low bitterness, smashable Pale Ale featuring Lemon Myrtle, Eucalyptus Honey, Aussie Hops and Malt.
