We made this with our friend Lana Svitankova (@lana_on_beer), who hand carried us some incredible Ukrainian sea salt from Drohobych Salt Works, we used that along with cold-pressed tomatoes and Mexican habanero.A perfect beer for Sunday brunch or any time. There’s a long history back to 63CE of throwing tomatoes at bad actors and as an act of protest.Maybe we should revive it in 2025.Aroma: Fresh earthy tomato, spicy and fruity habanero.Appearance: Pale pink fresh Heirloom tomato, light pink headTaste: Habanero forward, with definite fruity spice, creamy rounded lightly sour tomato, finishes with a touch of lip-licking salinity.
