This pale sour ale was dosed with loads of strawberry puree and fermented with a unique process used to bring out a beautifully clean acidity and and a robust aroma and flavor of fresh strawberries.Finishing at a drinkable 5.6% ABV and a mouth puckering 3.01 pH.
