Just the Dip

A big West Coast IPA, brewed with 100% Mosaic, but 33% of the hops were added using dip hopping. We find this adds a lot of complexity to a single hopped beer, as the yeast bio-transforms some of the hop compounds into others. We then finish it off with a good old-fashioned dry hop. Expect a big, dry, bitter beer that's hoppy in all the right ways, and disturbingly easy to drink! Brewed for the 5th birthday of our Mahana Road Taproom. Happy birthday to US!
