Let’s Talk Tropics is our latest beer featuring Tropics yeast! Tropics is a new yeast that produces strong guava and passion fruit aromas with its bio-transformative features that convert odorless thiol precursors into free thiols that produce very tropical compounds. We took it a step further and dry hopped it with El Dorado Hop Hash, Nectaron, Strata Hop Hash, and Citra.
