A collaboration with our friends from Toltek and Nano Cinco for Cinco de Mayo.We got together with our friends from Toltek and Nano Cino to brew and simultaneously release a 3 way collab!We all brewed the same rough base recipe, with our own house processes and decided to hop it with an explosive New Zealand trifecta of Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Nectaron.The beer name is written in french and roughly translates to “expression of stainless steel.” Referring to the fact we are all brewing the same beer, and what goes on in our respective stainless steel will be the main differentiating factor between the beers.
