Light, subtle, and crisp as the morning air! This lager was brewed exclusively with a very lightly kilned American Pilsner malt & Noble Hallertau Milttelfruh hops. Low bitterness upfront sets the stage for subtle malty flavors and a clean & balanced finish. The fermentation profile rounds out the gentle malty flavor with light notes of peppercorn, honey, and shortbread.
