Aloha Saison - Brewer's Tap

The Aloha Saison beer was inspired in our Xmas Saison, but only as the base malt bill. As the traditional Farmhouse Ale has been brewed with orange zest, coriander and clove, and a specially for this we have used Hibiscus, a.k.a. Hawaiian rose, to make a Saison with very complex fruity aroma and flavor, such as greiphfruit and red oranges. Hibiscus give an extra bitter taste to the beer, but different than hops can develop, the bitterness that doesn't last long but make the beer very refreshing.Cheers everyone!!!
