Manhattan inspired saison aged on bourbon oak and shitloads of cherries. Aroma of dark fruits, sultanas, plums, cherries and oak spice with fruity esters from the saison yeast. Dry finish with notes of coriander and bitter orange.Brewed for #CollabFest2016 at Fallen Brewing Co. with BrewDog Glasgow.
