Notes de la brasserie: Nez de fruits à noyaux et légèrement malté. Le corps de la bière est initialement assez rond. Au goût, on retrouve de l'abricot, de la pêche et finalement du pamplemousse et la citronnelle. La finale est assez mince, plutôt amère avec un peu de résine de houblon persistante qui donne une belle signature au style en fin de la gorgée.- - - - -Brewery notes: Stone fruit and slightly malty nose. The body of the beer is initially quite round. We get apricot, peach and finally grapefruit and lemongrass on the palate. The finish is quite thin, rather bitter with some lingering hop resin, a signature of the style, at the end of the sip.
